Terms & Conditions

Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. During a  Sale or major restock i.e (black Friday, etc), processing times can take 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-4 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Iernational orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is
selected at checkout. Backroad Outdoors do not cover any tariffs or custom fees.

Backroad Outdoors is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural
disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Backroad Outdoors you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
